Every Tuesday starting August 12, 2025! We will NOT meet days that Lynchburg City schools does not have school. No school = no tutoring.

Past Events:
Our tutoring sessions started Tuesday April 1st and our other sponsors were New Praise and Lynchburg College. We served 12 kids grades 3rd through high school. Please join us for free tutoring this fall of 2025. This is for all school age kids and we will provide help with reading and math. We meet from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and do tutoring, dinner and a learning activity. We will serve kid friendly healthy dinners. If you would like to support our project, please contact us today. This event took place at 409 Bay Street in Lynchburg, Virginia on December 14th, 2024 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. We served over 10 families a pasta dinner and desserts. We also provided mental health coping information, activities, and Bingo. Through YOUR donations we were able to provide Bingo prizes, food boxes and more to families in need.
This event took place at 409 Bay Street in Lynchburg, Virginia on July 20th, 2024 from 12:00 to 3:00 pm. We served over 30 families and served pizza, water, popcorn, and popsicles. We also provided mental health coping information, activities, community linking and parenting information to kids and their families. Through YOUR donations we were able to provide backpacks and other school supplies to all the kids in attendance.
This event took place at Diamond Hill Recreation Center on December 16th, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Different kinds of games were provided for families to play. Over 100 people attended an all of the duffle bags were handed out to families that provided essential household goods. In addition to duffle bags, dinner and dessert, Angel Tree gifts were distributed to all who attended. A free homemade dinner and dessert were served.
